Our return & exchange process is designed to be fair, simple, and aligned with our standards.

Exchange

• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
• Exchanges are available only for items from selected collections.
• Each order allows a maximum of 2 exchange requests.

 

Returns & Refunds

• Refunds are available only for defective or incorrect items.
• Refunds are processed via:
  
  • Cash
  • Bank Transfer
    
• Orders paid via online payment methods are refunded through the original payment provider.

Processing Time

• All return and exchange requests are reviewed within 7 business days.
• Once approved, you will be contacted with the next steps.

Important Notes

• EVRLOOSE reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the above conditions.
• Items showing signs of use will not be accepted.
